Refund & Returns
We hope you love your candles, but if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Please note: We do not accept returns on used candles for safety and hygiene reasons.
To begin a return, email us at hello@lilawithlove.com If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Burned or used candles
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or provider to reflect the transaction.
